About the artist:
Kai Christensen, born in 1918, was a Danish artist know for his figurative work. He painted scenes from everyday life. He trained in Paris and spent most of his career working and painting in Sweden. His work was exhibited internationally in Paris, Copenhagen, Stockholm and in other Swedish cities.
